Mike Bell
Mike Bell | RB
2011 Experience: 6th season
Fantasy Football Outlook: Mike Bell was traded from the Eagles to the Browns in exchange for Jerome Harrison but the Browns decided to roll with Peyton Hillis as a feature runner. Bell had some good games for the Saints in 2009, but for the most part he’s failed to be much of a player worth having in fantasy football.
At this time Bell is a free agent and the Browns aren’t expected to bring Bell back as Montario Hardesty looks ready to return from a torn ACL suffered last summer.

2010 Preview
Mike Bell had a strong start to last season when Pierre Thomas was out with a knee injury. Because of his production, the Eagles signed him to run with LeSean McCoy this season.
2010 Fantasy Football Outlook
2009 Fantasy Year In Review: Mike Bell got off to a hot start as the Saints used him in the starting role with Pierre Thomas recovering from a knee injury. Upon Thomas’s return to the field Bell took a hit in carries and wasn’t worth using in fantasy rosters. Still, Bell did see work and took away valuable carries from Thomas.

2010 NFL Fantasy Football Player Rankings: Bell moved onto the Eagles this offseason and will be used as the backup to LeSean McCoy. It looks like McCoy should see the bulk of the workload in this offense but Bell does stand to take away goal line carries from McCoy. Last season Bell did a decent job when called upon as he posted five rushing touchdowns for the season.
Don’t look to Bell as an option for your fantasy squad this season as McCoy is running much better this offseason and the Eagles have the hardest schedule to run against on paper.
