Fantasy Football Outlook: A talent for sure, D.J. Williams has upside if he should ever find himself in the Packers starting lineup. Veteran Jermichael Finley has had his health problems in the past, but if Williams is to see more work, he will need to clean up his understanding of the playbook.

Failing to lineup in a correct spot, cost him time of the field last year, but he was a rookie coming of a lockout, so you can’t really hold it against him, long term. Target Williams as an interesting prospect in the late rounds of dynasty leagues.

August 3rd Update – Williams is having a solid early potion of camp and with Finley slowed by a concusion, he’s getting valuable reps with the first team. This could be a breakout tight end this year, if Finley has continued health problems.
