Fantasy Football Outlook: Look for Kellen Davis to be the starting inline tight end for the Bears, but Evan Rodriguez is an interesting talent. Rodriguez will an H-back in this offense, and his ability to get vertical will be a nice wrinkle in this offense.

Target Rodriguez in the late rounds of rookie dynasty drafts, as he has much to prove before being an option to think about starting.
