Fantasy Football Outlook: It will be interesting to see whether Danny Amendola will hold any fantasy value this year for PPR leagues. With Coach Jeff Fisher in town, the Rams are expected to use run heavy packages and with Amendola used exclusively as a slot receiver, he will see a reduction in snaps.

September 2011, Amendola Done For The Year
Sadly, Amendola was lost for the season in the teams first game against the Eagles. This is a big loss for Sam Bradford, but hopefully Amendola will be good to go, for next year.
Summer of 2011: Fantasy Projections
The Rams have the most cluttered receiving core in football but if theirs an option worth drafting it has to be Danny Amendola, especially in PPR leagues. Amendola broke-out last season for 85 receptions and is clearly a worthy comparison to Wes Welker as new offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels is expected to use Amendola as he used Welker in New England.
Rumors have it that Steven Jackson has lost a step, and no one should be surprised if the Rams turn into a pass heavy offense for years to come. Why not, with so much depth at receiver, Sam Bradford has a young group to work with for many years. Heading into the summer Amendola’s ADP value on Mock Draft Central lists him as the 37th receiver (92.70 average pick) being selected in PPR leagues.
A threat for 100 receptions this season, Amendola makes for a respectable value pick with as his ADP ranks him somewhere around a 10th round selection in ten team PPR redraft leagues.
