Fantasy Football Outlook: A slot specialist, Joe Adams will make some noise as a depth threat from this position. Adams has looked good in OTAs and look for the Panthers to work him into the slot, early on.
Brandon LaFell and David Gettis will compete for an outside starting job, but if Adams excels, we’ve seen players like Victor Cruz and Wes Welker make names for themselves from this position. Don’t look for Adams to hold a tone of fantasy value this year, while Cam Newton is a budding super star, this offense won’t be turning into a pass heavy spread look, regularly.
