Summer of 2011: Fantasy Projections
Jordan Shipley proved to be worthy of the Bengals future slot receiver as he snagged 52 receptions in his rookie year for 600 yards and three touchdowns. Clearly, an active pass catcher, Shipley could be worth a look in fantasy leagues and especially PPR leagues if Carson Palmer should stay with the team. If Palmer goes, rookie Andy Dalton is likely to take over and Shipley would be nothing more than a waiver wire pickup should the youngster prove he’s ready to get the ball to his slot man enough.
