2012 Experience: Rookie

Fantasy Football Outlook: Yeah Stephen Hill has size and good speed but will he ever transition into a respectable starter in fantasy leagues? I have my doubts, but if Tim Tebow should snag the starting job away from Mark Sanchez, he’s a possible rotational starter based on matchups.

With Tebow in the lineup defenses will be forced to focus on the running game, using one linebacker to spy him, because of his running ability. One thing Tebow can do is throw the long ball, and he will take his shots deep to Hill.

That said, Hill is basically just a deep route runner, considered very raw in his ability to progress through the short to intermediate aspects of the route tree. Give him credit for looking good in OTAs but he still has a ways to go in refining his game.

Consider Hill nothing more than a late round pickup in redraft leagues, and a possible second round selection in dynasty rookie drafts, because of his raw talent and potential upside.
