2009 Record/Standing: 7-9 | 3rd NFC North

Offensive Stats:

Points 20.4 (19th) | Pass 217 (17th) | Run 93 (29th)

Defensive Stats:

Points 23.4 (21st) | Pass 211 (13th) | Run 123 (23rd)

Bear Notes: If the Bears are going to make the playoffs this season, their defense will have to feed off the momentum of Julius Peppers coming to the team. Sometimes the addition of a great player can spark others around them to play a better brand of ball. Getting Brian Urlacher back and healthy is a key component for success as well.

Once the 2010 – 2011 season has started, we will find out which teams are for real and which teams are going to fold up. Who would have thought the Bengals would go undefeated in their division and the Titans would start out losing their first six games in 2009?
