St. Louis Rams

St. Louis Rams v Cincinnati Bengals

2009 Record/Standing: 1-15 | 4th NFC West

Offensive Stats:

Points 10.6 (10th) | Pass 168 (28th) | Run 111 (20th)

Defensive Stats:

Points 27.2 (31st) | Pass 235 (25th) | Run 137 (27th)

Ram Notes: The St. Louis Rams have to be the worst team in the NFL. One can only hope the offensive lineman they signed last year can come together and finally allow their quarterback time to throw. If this cannot be done Sam Bradford will sustain more injuries.
From free agency to the Super Bowl, information is always changing year round for all 32 NFL organizations. From a fantasy football perspective, it’s almost impossible to keep up with all the changes and figure out what those events mean in terms of success or failure for a player or team.

Instead of just giving you current fantasy players from a particular organization, we have also included some of the best players and moments in each teams history. This way you get an idea of not just current events from an organization but where they’ve come from.

Teams with rich history for a curtain side of the football or a curtain position tend to want great players in those areas of their team in the future.

Other organizations are still young or haven’t had much success until this point in time and the best moments in their history are happening right now or in the future. Anyway from Dick Butkus to Barry Sanders we have some of the more memorable moments right here as selected from You Tube.

Before you’re 2010 fantasy football draft begins, it’s always good to see the schedule of particular players you’re prospecting for your future team.

While there is no guaranteeing which teams will be strong and which teams will be weak in a given season, it’s still good to have an idea of the opponents your players will face.

Once the 2010 – 2011 season has started, we will find out which teams are for real and which teams are going to fold up. Who would have thought the Bengals would go undefeated in their division and the Titans would start out losing their first six games in 2009?

Throughout the season, you can always come back to our site and use our schedules for each team and player for your reference. Alternatively, you can also print out or download the schedule as well.

Before The Draft: A.J. Feely isn’t a future quarterback and the Rams have no one else worth having at that position. It’s time to select a quarterback and get this offense going. After that a wide receiver wouldn’t hurt. Focus on defense next year. First Pick Overall Sam Bradford

BYU v Oklahoma

1. Rams Select: QB Sam Bradford - The Rams got the player they needed as they have no legit quarterback and now they have a player that can lead this team. Hopefully they can add a young receiver with one of their next picks.

This move should help Donnie Avery and Steven Jackson but Bradford will need his offensive line to play well to keep him on the field.

Second Round

33. Rams Select: OT Rodger Saffold – While it would have been nice to see the Rams trade down for more picks, it makes sense to add a lineman for Bradford and Jackson. What does this say about the Rams former first round pick tackles of the past?

Rounds Three – Seven

Round 3, Pick 1 (65) Jerome Murphy CB

Round 4, Pick 1 (99) Mardy Gilyard WR

Round 5, Pick 1 (132) Michael Hoomanawanui TE

Round 5, Pick 18 (149) Hall Davis DE

Round 6, Pick 1 (170) Fendi Onobun TE

Round 6, Pick 20 (189) Eugene Sims DE

Round 7, Pick 4 (211) Marquis Johnson DB

Round 7, Pick 19 (226) George Selvie DE

Round 7, Pick 47 (254) Josh Hull LB

It looks like Sam Bradford is going to be the Rams new starting quarterback this season. Look for the Rams to start him right away as they have no other respectable player at that position.
